Christmas Shipping

Will I get it in time for Christmas?? This year Christmas falls on a Wednesday, which means the last day for delivery is Tuesday, December 24. The cut-off date for ground shipping is 5 p.m. (MST) on December 14. Any orders placed after December 14 will require UPS 3 Day Select rush shipping. Orders placed after December 20 will require UPS 2nd Day Air rush shipping. The last day for ordering is December 22 before 12:00 p.m. (MST) which will require Next Day Air rush shipping. There is always some exceptions to these rules. Some of our boards can't be rushed delivered those exceptions will be noted in the product description.

Last day for EXILE/VICTORIA custom orders would be the 12th. If you place an order for custom skimboard on the 8-12th we recommend doing a 3 day shipping option.

Also, at this crazy busy time of the year, we sometimes sell out of items before we can update the site. If there are any issues with your order, we will notify you immediately and resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction.

Shipping FAQ's

Orders generally take 2–3 business days to process and then 7–10 days to ship. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, your order will not be processed until the following business day, whether you requested rush or normal shipping. Note: some of the boards on our site are custom made and cannot ship within the aforementioned limits (customers are notified on a case-by-case basis).

How much is shipping going to cost?
A lot of it depends on where we’re shipping. If you add the product you are interested in to your shopping cart on our site and enter your shipping information, it will show you the cost for your purchase. You don’t have to complete the purchase process to get this estimate.

Why does it take 2–3 days to process?
It’s kind of like waiting in line…if we get 100 board orders one day, and yours is number 99, chances are it’s going to take a day or two before we are able to get it ready for shipping. The processing time also allows us to protect our customers against fraudulent orders. Many fraudulent orders are caught before the order has shipped thanks to this window of time.

Will it really take 7–10 business days to get my order?
It once again depends on where we are shipping. Because we have warehouses located all over the United States and Canada, shipping time also depends on what you order. A board shipping from Canada may take more time than a board shipping from California. We say 7–10 business days because it shouldn’t take any longer than that—it often takes less time.

What if I requested rush shipping?
If you requested rush shipping, your order will be processed the following day, depending on the time of order (most shipping is done before 3:00 p.m.). What can we say…paying more for shipping moves you up in the line! If you order rush shipping on Friday, your package won't be shipped until Monday.

How fast can I get my order?
If your items are in stock, you can request overnight, 2 day, or 3 day shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes - to Canada and only Canada.

How will my order be shipped?
EOS orders are shipped using pretty much every delivery method known to man. We use UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx.


Return Policy
EOS is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return the unused product, please follow these guidelines:

• No Returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.).

• Buyer has 15 days from the date of purchase to contact EOS for refunds and obtain an R.A.N.

• To obtain an R.A.N. please e-mail orders@extremeoutdoorsupply.com or call 949.313.7212

• All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.

• All items must be returned, unused and in re-sellable condition. If an item has been used, it will not be accepted for refund.

• Return in original packaging (whenever possible) with all parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

• All return shipments must be insured for the full value to guarantee prior credit in the event that the shipment is lost.

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not accept COD deliveries.

• All refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned product. EOS, at its discretion will then issue a full or partial refund.

All refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase less the original shipping charges.
